I lost HD recovery Partiotion

I have lost the HD recovery D partition .
How can I obtain the same software. My laptop model is TOSHIBA Satellite L650 - 15G System.

You mean you deleted it?

If you did not burn recovery disks when it asked you too when you first bought it you will have to contact Toshiba support and ask them to send you the restore disks. They may charge you a few bucks for shipping.
