All DSR922 & HDD200 users:
Starz/Encore & Motorola will be setting the system for the Starz/Encore HD
channels to exhibit the issue previously seen with DSR922 & some HDD200s.
It will run for one week, from September 14-21st.
Those who experience unwatchable video that drops out almost constantly, only
during this period, are STRONGLY urged to seek the free repair that Motorola
has avalable for your HDD200.
Once adequate time has passed to get units back from repair, we will go back to
the desired configuration.
We would like any remainders now, to eliminate the impact of a final
configuration change.
Begin the RSA process by calling the 4DTV hotline @ 1-800-976-5174 or
1-800-356-3383.
Simply tell them you have the HDD200 issue with Starz/Encore HD.
Once they qualify the issue & issue a Case Number, call WWD of
Brownsville/Matamoros for an RSA # & their Brownsville Ship-To address. They
will perform testing and hardware modification, to eliminate the problem.
