Earlier while playing League of Legends, my mouse randomly started acting up mid game. Once I exited the game, I realized that when I would try to left click, it acts as a right click and the right click does nothing. This happened completely out of the blue. I checked my mouse settings and the swap left and right button box is not checked. I've searched around, and haven't been able to find anything.

I have windows 7 64bit home premium
amd Athlon II x4 640 processor
8 gb RAM

Not sure what else you might want to know.. Thanks for any help!

Did you try a reboot?

Yes, I tried rebooting, rebooting in safe mode, and another mouse. They all have the same problem.

Try checking the swap mouse buttons, hitting apply, then unchecking it. Worst case, you can do a system restore back to your last restore point which should fix the issue.

Aicom, I tried both of those and they did not work. I did a system restore to about 2 days ago, and I'm still experiencing the same problem.

Gman, I checked out that link and didn't find anything that helped. I ran CCleaner and cleaned out my registry, but the problem remains. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for the mouse. I'm still having the problem.

Is this a wireless mouse?

No. I tried another mouse, and apparently the problem was with the first couple that were tried. It's working as normal now, thank you all for the help!
