How to low level format A5000 FC-AL arrays?

I can get 28 Sun A5000 arrays but first, I have to low level format them. I have a Xiotech FC-AL HBA based on the QLogic ISP2100 chipset(same as the QLogic QLA2100). How do I low level the drives in these arrays? If anyone has any experience or suggestions I would appreciate it. I will be doing this under Win2K Pro or WinNT4 Wrk or Srv.

I had a caution in my setup instructions for my array to never low level format the array to let Windows do a standard high level format running through a normal setup. Your setup may be different but you better make sure you're supposed to do a low level format before you proceed with it.
