How to change the background appearance of START menu of windows 8?

Hello friends,
Windows 8 comes with a very different START screen;not like the traditional ones.The appearance of the START screen can be changed from Profile settings (more specifically---from "change account picture"). Windows 8 gives several default appearances and even the color can be changed.
BUT I AM NOT TALKING OF THAT.
I want to change the background of START screen to say,a scenery just like the LOCK SCREEN.
How can I do that?

The link you gave was great.But its for Windows Build 8102 version only.
I am using windows 8250 version(32 bit).
