Recovery disk won't work

Hello, my recovery disk won't work, is there anyway else I can get my computer back on thanks

Re-install Windows, but you'll have to reinstall all your programs too.

But you may lose all your "important stuff." That's why back ups are very important.

If you are uncomfortable with any of this, take it to Geek Squad or your local PC store (MicroCenter), but you'll pay for it!
