Missing module Windows 7

Hello,
With no changes that I am aware of \AppData\local\Temp\ntera.dll is missing how do I restore?

It is not missing - this is location for temporary files, so it is not supposed to be stored there. If any app is looking for it, you're most probably in trouble with malware.
