Fluctuating gateways

Hello,
I use cyberoam as my router as well as firewall. Ever since I changed the ISP, I experience continuous timeouts but when I repair LAN from xp or disconnect the wireless and reconnect, IT works for somer time and starts timeouts again. The ISP has not been able to solve the problem yet. Please help.
