How to setup a connection via an adapter card and an external antenna

I got a different tower to use ,and added my wireless card and external antenna to it , but need help setting up the new PC tower to use the wireless card and antenna.
can anyone walk me through the steps to set up the available connections so that I can use this in my garage too.

Once you install the drivers, Windows should recognize an available wireless network. In the system tray select the network and then enter the security passcode for the router. You can check the connect automatically box and once the code is entered it should connect without further commands.
