Intervideo Win DVD region not taking,help?

Hi all,


I have intervideo windvd.

Every time i checked a different region in properties and hit apply it goes right back to region one.

I tried all regions and it won't take.

Any suggestions?

I tried checking off each one from 2-6 and when i hit apply it pops right back to region one.

I don't understand why it's not taking.

I never viewed a dvd from a different region ,maybe i'm doing something wrong.

I have a lite-on dvd rom LTD122 if that helps.
