Revox B226-S CD Player LCD display

I have a Revox B226-S Cd player whch works well, but the back lighting
on the LCD has failed. I am told the Revox replacement is nearly £200
which is probably around the value of the player. The LCD display
appears to be lit from within and not by bulbs ( although the B226
model is!)

Does anyone have a replacement display out of an scrap nmachine or know
