Some signals on Galaxy 11, Satcom C3 went away?

Hmmm... when I first started playing with this Pansat I was able to pick up
certain signals off of Galaxy 11 that don't seem to be there anymore, for
example those at 3780V and 4160H. And on Satcom C3, the signals at 3920V
don't seem to be there anymore either. The receiver now says it's a
scrambled or bad signal.

Any ideas on what happened, hints, etc? Or is this not the right place to
ask?
