Inverting Laptop Screen Image? (mounting laptop u

Hi,
I think I found an inexpensive laptop. I need to mount it upside down in my jeep. I would like to do it like this:

I am not exactly sure how the heck you could do that though. I want to flip down the laptop & be able to see. I dont really have a good idea on how to make windows swap the screen view around for me.
