Glad I found this forum. You guys really know your stuff.

Just purchased a Linksys wireless router without realizing that it comes with a start-up CD and of course my Dell netbook does not have a disc drive.

I thought about bringing my laptop home from work and but then would I then always have to lug it home each night in order to use wireless in my apartment?

I appreciate any assistance.

I have set up hundreds of networks and never used any CDs -- just open your router configuration pages and manually setup your network -- just connect by a CAT5e cable to do all the setup.
