Access my documents over my wireless connection

I have a Windows 2003 server that had a wireless router for employees to have wireless access. The wireless router has totally malfunctioned and will no longer power up. I've replaced the power supply and still will not power. I purchased a new router to replace the Belkin. My users can access the internet over via the new wireless router, but now cannot access their shared folders. I tried disabling DHCP on the wireless but now they cannot access the internet. Anyone have any ideas where to start resolving this one?
