What is UDMA Mode 5?

I see on my new computer (which I built, and runs WinXP), in Device Manager, that the HD (IBM ATA-133 40G) is running on UDMA Mode 5. What does this mean? I have loaded Intel drivers for the mobo (ABit BD7II), but not yet a set of drivers named Intel Accelerator drivers. I'm just wondering if my HD is already working in ATA-133?

I have just the one master HD on IDE1, and a DVD on IDE2 (reported as UDMA Mode 1).

Thanks,

Bruce.
