R380 Comms Suite with USB - how??

Worse fears come true... have subsequently found that the R380 comms
software is compatible with neither Outlook 2003 nor Windows XP - the phone
is now a bin job as far as my requirements are concerned. Some little twat
at Ericssons actually assured me there was not a compatibility issue BEFORE
I went ahead with the new p.c. purchase.
