You have an invalid network configuration

i am connected to the internet through wired connection but everytime i try connecting through my wireless modem i get an error you have an invalid network configuration. i restored my modem to facory settings and tried many ways till now but it is still showing the same error
i use
window 7 64 bit
modem:belkin
internet:beam

I dont think the issue is with the modem, I believe the problem is with the client.

Which Belkin model? You need to enter the Belkin configuration pages and insure that your network settings are correct (since you reset it, the gateway is 192.168.2.1, hit login and don't enter a password, just hit submit). Insure that DHCP is on, set a WPA2 security key and write it down. Then in your Windows networking control panel on the wireless devices open the change adapter settings and insure that your wireless adapter has a working driver and is automatically obtaining an address from the gateway.

Then restart your computer and select your wireless from the list of available connections, connect to it and enter your wireless security key.
