while exploring the sound up grade options I came across this 900mHz USB 'audio transmitter system'..
USB Wireless computer Audio transmitter, apparently made by a company 'Thomsom' & marketed under the RCA Lyra name.

900Mhz MP3 transmitter via USB computer connection & a 'remote signal receiver w/ RCA jacks to a stereo system within 100'.

Does the "USB computer>>transmitter" mean the that the entire sound card is bypassed?

Is the DAT in the receiver module?

can 900mHz transmit the "near CD Quality" advertised?

In my case, set up would be same room 20' apart.

any comment or experience.. sounds like an excellant alternate way to seriously improve the audio experience!
