Best Card for Ti 4200 128MB

I am building a system and plan to use the following components:

P4 1.8A
ASUS P4S533
Samsung DDR 333 512MB PC-2700
Gainward GeForce Ti 4200 W/ TV-Out
Microsoft Windows XP Professional
Western Digital 120GB 7200 RPM 8MB

I plan to add a TV-Tuner but do not know which would work best with the Ti4200. Please let me know which card you would suggest.

I would like to use the computer for gaming and video editing. I would like link my computer to a system involving a Cable box, 2 VCRs, TV, stereo and monitor. This system should be able to play DVD and CDR on all output devices, record cable TV programs, record VCR tapes, and record games, etc.
