Hello,
internet is working, gatway and DNS server is ping but websites are not opening.

If websites are not opening, how do you know the internet is working? Or do you mean the general internet as in the world internet is not down? Did you check your proxy settings?

What happened before this broke? When you say "websites", which have you tried? More than 1 or 2?
