Where is 'Signin'

I came here via an email notification to reply but couldn't find where to login so crossed my fingers that it would pop up when I hit 'submit' which it did but if I were to come here to post something new, isn't there a 'login' button on the main page? Or am I just "blind in 1 eye & can't see out of other"?

Thanx, I did see that but thought it meant sign in to facebook which I have no desire to do.

no problem if you hit the FB logo on accident it will take you to FB... the sign in will grey the screen and popup a login box in the middle.
