.dll and 1324 Errors

Hi,

I just to verify if I reinstall Windows onto my SSD will the .dll and 1324 Errors be rectified? This build is new so there is not much on there other than WoW and AVG.

When do the erros show up?, if it occurs in one particular piece of software when i'd reinstall that.

The 1324 error shows up on various occasions (like when I try to uninstall or install the program) and I think I know why: I installed some software for my StarCraft II Razer Banshee headphones on my HDD. I then CHANGED the letter allocation of my HDD. I have tried various methods of rectifying this (including regedit...)

I think the .dll error comes from me trying to modify the registry when trying to rectify the above 1324...I don't THINK I have any malware...

This is why I feel like a reinstall would be easiest but I want to ensure I am not doing this for nothing...

I will do the following:

Shut down with W7 disk in disk drive
Reboot computer and in BIOS prompt system to boot from disk drive (ensuring I am in AHCI)
Install W7 onto SSD
Quick Format of SSD
Download and install latest ASUS board drivers
