Cannot Connect to Router Settings

I can browse the internet just fine with no issues but when I try to access Cisco Connect (I have Linskys E1000 and Mac OS X) it says "you can only access your router settings when you are connected to your router." I don't know what the issue is. The only reason I need to access the settings is because I have been recently been having issues connecting to the internet from my Playstation 3.

Just go to the IP of the router in any web browser. It's usually 192.168.1.1
