Game became laggy after Blue Screen of Death

Hi.. can anyone help me?? My computer became laggy after BSOD appears one time in my computer, It happened one night when my windows 7 installs its update and I shutdown my PC, the next day when I turn on my PC BSOD appear one time, and I restart and try to run in safe mode, nothing happens... after some research some says that it probably be HDD issue, and should be test by Data Life guard, but the results are all my HDD pass the test..... I don't know know what to do... I play nba 2k12 before with no lag, but after it the game became laggy... MY FPS became so low, it is only 10-15 FPS... I don't think reformatting my OS will be the solution

MY SPECS ARE:

320gb HDD
40gb HDD
80gb HDD
NVidia GeForce 9800 GT
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E7500 2.93GHz
2gb RAM

If you need other specs pls tell me....
