tv-out card or vga-convertor for watching divx?

which would you recommend? why and brand suggestions would be cool,too. oh, and converting divx to s/vcd is no option.

i just want to watch divx on my tv, not ripping or so.

There are many VGA to TV converters that can do this, many can even shrink your resolution to fit the TV. Around $50.
