Quality Samsung DDR333

Hello,

I read somewhere here that there is various versions of Samsung DDR333 memory. One can be switched from CAS 2.5 to CAS 2.0 (what I'm looking for) and the other cannot.
Can anybody please tell me how to recognize the CAS2.0 supported Samsung memory or just its part number?
