Memphis Audio-Looking for FQP12P20's MOSFETS,

Hello;

I have been searching for a source for the out of production
FQP12P20 and FQP10N20 mosfets. These devices have great spec's
200V 19A 140W.

These came out of a Memphis Audio amp and I'm looking for suitable
replacements but thees too are hard to come by. I have found wholesale
houses that won't talk to you unless you want to order 1000 pieces with
a $500 minimum.

Please advice, I welcome your wisdom.

Actually, The FQP12P20 was correct but I mis typed the FQP19N20 as a
10N20 in my initial post here.

The FQP12P20 (Fairchild)datasheet says 200V vdss
drain current 19.4A and power diss @140W. Am I correct to assume that
it's compliment, the FQP19N20, would be comparable ?

Anyway, Digikey and Mouser could not supply me with the FQP12P20 under
1000 pieces. However, at your suggestion I tried Newark and they had
both pieces available with a $25 min. Thank you.
