One of my first customers I ever set up has an old
Hyundai "Pansat 100" receiver. There is a stupid
math formula that you have to know in order to enter
new transponder information. Something along the lines
of "take the desired frequency and divide by 10750
and drop the zeroes off the end" or something like
that. I can't find it anywhere on the internet, and
it seems like every time I search for Pansat I get
websites that refer to illegal reception of Dish
Network. Would anyone happen to have this formula
handy? There are new channels on that my customer
is interested in receiving, and I see no reason to
make them buy a new receiver just for my convenience
in telling them how to program new transponders.

Receiver Frequency = Downlink Frequency - 10750
