System pinging but not able access

Are you sure you are pinging the right machine? Access rights are checked? Did you check the path to whatever you are trying to get to? Could be tons of different issues even if you can ping the right machine.

yes , i am sure that machine and ip address is correct.but problem is still...

i have already apply these setting but problem is still..... plz tell me any registry setting..i thing some overwrite in regedit.

Registry settings for what? Once you apply the rights to the shares, make sure that the share name is the same you are trying to get to, the systems are on the same network, it should work.

If you played around in the registry manually, you can try a system restore to when you did this. No way to know what you changed manually, so pretty much impossible to say what to change.

in case if you still aren't able to access the folder, you should set the permission for your account under the share tab, as well as security tab. For certain occasions, if you add it only in the security tab, users will be ableto access the folders, some will need you to enter the sharing tab, share option and input your login id. Please check if you have done that.
