I believe I'm getting an EpoX EP-8K3A+, and I was wondering if I'd be able to hook up my speakers that only have one plug-in to the onboard sound somehow.

Right now I have a Creative PCI128 card that has the one input. I don't really want to spend money on new speakers, they work I guess.

Yes, in fact there should be 3 outputs on the card, front pair, rear pair, and single center, you could use three sets of speakers if you liked.

What's the frequency, Kenneth?

Sure, just plug them in to the front channel output. Then, in Windows make sure you set the configuration to 2-speaker so that the driver downmixes all sources to the front channels only.
