memory prices going up! buy now?

damn, i'm still doing research on what type of sdram to get and all the prices at pricewatch jumped up. What do you guys think? Will the prices go back down before the summer is over or should i decide in the next week?

ive seen the prices of PC2700 ram gradually come down.

With RAMBUS getting sued again I think DDR is going to be in high demand. So when demand increases so does price.
