Step by step setup dsl gateway router westell 7500 gateway

i am new to this but my router is a westell 7500cgateway and i really need help i cant connect to the internet and i went into the settings and it said to connect a dsl cable or something like that i know it was for the phone jack but it is connected. idk if i did right or not and if its wrong can someone show a step by step guide plz thnks

Contact whatever service you are using for DSL. The Modem would have a guide with it, if you can't figure that one, we can't see what you have plugged into where. Not only that, but you probably have to configure the DSL ISP logon info in the modem to connect.
