<A HREF="http://www.neovo.com/products/S-19.htm" target="_new">http://www.neovo.com/products/S-19.htm</A> has anyone heard of this manufacturer before? They are claiming 15ms response times for a 19" TFT! Is this just a case of Neovo using different testing methods to the mainstream?

The response time says 15ms/10ms, which usually means 15ms rise and 10ms fall which equals a 25ms response time.

okay, so not as fast as they appear but are these screens anygood?
