Acer free technical support

Hello,
I have 2 new refurbished Acer Aspire 5750 laptops and both lost connection to my home wifi network within 2 days. My router and modem work fine with my other laptops and the Acers will connect to a wifi hotspot just not my home network.
Any ideas?

When asked for the SNID (serial number) look on the botom of your product or near a bar-code. It is eleven digits long. If you don't have it just mumble around and you will eventually be transfered to a rep.

The laptop is a refurb with 90 days warranty and Acer said they don't offer tech support for refurbs so I would have to return it.
I doubt that they will find anything wrong since it works with a hot spot but not my home network. Both Acers show my network but won't connect.
I updated the drivers and returned to factory default settings, no luck.
Can't be a coincidence that both Acer 5750s won't reconnect wirelessly but both my Dells will.
There is some problem with the Acer setup or something! Someone must know how to get it going!
I guess I'll have to get a tech to come over and pay him....Yuck!
