Is the Facebook Android app free for optus Turbo cap Plus?

Hello,
i just bought a samsung galaxy ace and am on optus prepaid $20 turbo cap plus. i recharged yesterday and today it just all disapeared and i have only been using the android facebook app. is this app free usage or do i have to go onto any websites to access free faceook? if there is what websites? please hurry.

yes the android facebook app is free.

The app is free, but you still get data usage when you access it, just like any other web site.
