Rd twink

I got p4533 running with rd8oo supposedly it is best with rd1066 so I would like to tweak it up. I got Samsung rd800 and I have heard it could be set to 1066, is it safe? Why can Samsung run faster when orhers cannot?
I got Asus p4t533-c how do you set it in this MB bios(if it is safe)?

Samsung seems to be a little underated for max speed compared to other brands. Which means it has more room for overclocking.
