Since about 2 days ago, I've been getting this problem

I would use windows troubleshooting and it would tell me the message "the connection between router, access point or modem to internet is broken" and to unplug my modem and plug it back in after 10 seconds

I would do this but it would just turn back off after a while or the next day and I'd have to go through the same process again

Is there a permanent solution to this problem?
