There are some routers that support USB printing as well. You can even install third party firmware (e.g., dd-wrt/tomato) on some routers and convert it into a print server.

It just depends on whether you can find something at the right price. Depending on the printer, a USB print server might cost more than the printer is even worth! In recent years, far more budget printers are already network capable, so the need for print servers had diminished greatly (they were never very cost effective anyway, and even less so today). So in some cases it might just be better to buy a new printer w/ built-in networking.

Of course, you always use a PC as you print server, perhaps an old one, and just share it.
