Does anyone know of a way (or if their is a specific drive that does this) to make a USB flash drive bootable?

I have an Edge USB 2.0 256 MB Flash Drive that I'd like to make bootable for my technical staff, rather than having to rely on floppy disks for DOS booting when Ghosting a PC.

If this is not the area where this question should really be posed, please let me know and I'll redirect it.
