I wonder if you can help me with regards to the Sony Ericsson V800 on
Vodaphone in the UK.
I have heard that Vodaphone uses its own MP3 file format rather than the
standard MP3 file format so that you have to purchase MP3 ringtones from
Vodaphone, and they are quite expensive.
Is what I have heard correct?
Are there any free conversion programs that will enable me to get standard
MP3 files and then convert them to the Vodaphone MP3 file format?
What is the program(s)? Where can I download it from?
Are there any other anomalies that I need to know about the ringtone
situation on this phone?
