My husband has a ASUS laptop with Windows8. Our home wireless network which he has been using is now not picking it up. It says it's connected but then you can't open any internet pages. Now it will ask for Username and Password. I have tried Username and password of the internet name and of the router/modem and neither work.
Any suggestions for me as I am really lost and have no computer nouse
