How do i get wireless internet fujitsu laptop

Hello, I've been told that connecting wirelessly with a fujitsu is very difficult. systems use windows to connect, however i've been told that fujitsu block the windows attempt as it has its own settings/system it wants to use (some form of default). I have been told there is a way to connect 'blocking' the fujitsu attempt to stop connection via windows and it will work...however no one can tell me how to do this.
I have been told this by my provider and two 'experts'.... help!

you can uninstall the fujitsu wireless manager software. it is preferable to use windows to manage your wireless networks. you need to make sure that zero wireless config service is set to automatic startup from the control panel.
