sync addresses from palm desktop NOT Outlook

I have only just acquired a Clié PEG JT27.
It is my first PDA too, so I am having fun trying to import data.
I use Outlook's Agenda (Date Book), but not it's address book.
When synchronizing all appointments etc. from Outlook were correctly
imported into the Clié, but I want to import the addresses from Palm
Desktop.

Can I do this?

When I open Intellicync and click on Adress Book > Choose, I only get
options for Lotus and Outlook - not for Palm Desktop.

Can this be because I said on my first sync attempt that I would be using
Outlook? If so: can I change this? And how?
