Wireless Router issue

Hello, I can get the internet to work if I reboot the Wireless router and go through troubleshooting on the laptop, but it says it didn't have a valid ip. What seetings do I need to check on the router setup configuration to correct?

What make and model is the wireless router?

DLink 655 and I have the manual but I guess I'm not looking in the right place. Is it DHCP for Wireless?

Great! One last thing - make sure you use WPA2 security. It is explained in the manual.
