Converter for 64 bit windows 7 to 32 bit

A 32bit application should work fine in 64bit Windows. If not, the only solution is to uninstall the 64bit OS and install a 32bit version but i don't think that this is your problem.

Such products usually come with a dongle for licensing. Or maybe use a driver to authenticate the license at kernel level. In either case, that driver needs to be 64-bit. And this is the problem with old secured apps in general.

There is no conversion between 32 bit and 64 bit windows. You need to do a clean install of windows 32 bit.
