Hey, I'm looking for a video capture card that can take video from my old VHS tapes so I can burn them onto DVD-R's. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a capture card which is reasonably priced (I'm trying to spend less than $300) that can do the job without losing any quality. I have a Pentium 4 1.9 GHz comp that can move pretty well, so I don't necessarily need a card that will do all processing on-board. I just don't want to end up with a card that will capture video with a fuzzy VCD-esque look. Thanks.
