Hi All,

While I consider myself pretty techie, I am new to the Palm arena and am
experiencing a problem that I can't seem to resolve (or find information
about).

I have a Sony Clie TJ35. I've bought Agendus and that seems to work OK. I
demoed the Franklin Covey stuff, but kept getting Fatal Exceptions. I
unistalled Franklin Covey after that.

I've put a few applications on, mostly freeware and nothing (I think) of
great significance. Other than that I haven't done a lot with customizing
the Clie.

Now if the Palm is off for more than an hour or so, when I turn it back
on... nothing. I hit Reset... nothing. I plug it in and it gives me the
following error: "Fatal Exception You may need to restart the handheld by
performing a soft reset. Please press the RESET button."

I hit RESET (in the back) and it restarts and has almost no battery power
left. It doesn't seem to matter if the Palm was off for a couple of hours or
two days.

I was thinking I would reset the whole machine back to factory defaults (I
am not sure how to do that) and start over. That way I could figure out if
it is one of the applications causing it. I do have a MemoryStick and I did
back up my data.

Any ideas?

Thanks so much.

-Rob
