Time to go VPN...

Its about time to VPN with Win2K...
Please point me to good Doc or advice.

Am totally set up internally, LAN, TCP/IP, all wired, DSL with Linksys router/switch, too many boxes(2 Win2k Pro, Win2k Adv Server, + old Win98 boxes and Stinkpad)...

Usually only keep the Win2k Pro running using Peer-to-Peer most of the time. Try to mimimize net admin at home and don't run Adv Server unless needed - too much like work...

Can I run VPN services on a Win2k Pro box or am I going to have to put em on the Server box? Cann't immediately find VPN doc and imstall procedures on MSDN... Where to look???

Any good advice???

yup, having a vpn set up is really nice for a lot of reasons. takes a little learning, but when you get the basics down, its a breeze to manage. check this out:

Thanks, Great link - and it even looks like ya can VPN W2k Pro to W2k Pro and don't have to go run Server...

Things have been boring lately cause stuff's runnin too smoothly... Gotta check this stuff out...
