Hi, I'm Victor Chew and I just bought a Lite-On 16x DVD-Rom. When I try to run some DVD movie by using the PowerDVD 3.0. It shows error and not running. Then I ask about the seller and he said all I need is download the Firmware and most probably can use already. By the time I run the EXE firmware file, another problem which is the NTVDM.EXE . So, could anyone please help me on this?
I really appreciate with the advices that can giving me.
